Storm claim pending approval for over a Month

Had a Storm claim against my building since 8 November but till date I'm still with an open roof. The case is currently with standard Bank to do a payout since they couldn't agree with the sub contractors but now I'm blocked can't use the room which got no ceiling when I phone their call center they always tell me that it's pending approval and it will be done the next day this is very poor from SB Insure
