My policy number is SHS ********** 07 Claim number SHS ********** 5300 Very disappointed in the service a receive from you guys. My cellphone has been insured for 16000.I PAY MONTLY FOR MY PHONE TO BE INSURED FOR THIS AMOUNT..My phone got ****** and put in claim.NO WHERE ON MY CONTRACT STATED I WILL BE PAID OUT MARKET RELATED.YOU GUYS PAID ME OUT 9999.I did not pay montly a premiun for this amount.I want my full amount that i paid for....you still owed me 6000.
I WANT MY MONEY FOR THE VALUE I PAY ON A MONTLY PREMIUM.

I am complaining because NO one explain to be when I took out the insurance with you that I only get out x amount when claiming on a phone no where on the contract STATED I will get out market sum back.My phone is insured for 16000 i pay a monthly premiun for this..You paid me 9999 back for a phone insured for 16000. YOU ARE *****ING MY MONEY FROM ME WITH A LACK OF COMMUNICATION ON CONTRACT.
To resolve this problem I would like you to PAY MY 6000 THAT I PAY A MONTHLY PREMIUN ON TO BE PAID TO ME.
When I first learned of this problem, I contacted you and the guy told me that nothing could be done about my problem.
I believe that this response is unfair because i pay my monthly premiun for 16000.I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within 48 hours I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives with the financian institution.
