Stillborn child claim- 6 months later incorrect payment!

Standard bank has got to be the most useless insurance company is south africa, they emailed me on 15/11/21 for the first time in 6 months and said they will investigate my claim and it will take 3-4 working days they reply at 6:15pm today the 19/11/21 to tell me and a quote:We advise that our record shows the claim on the above policy is finalized and paid according to the policy conditions as verified by the Certificate of Insurance we attach. THE CONTRACT THEY SENT ME WAS NOT EVEN THE SAME CONTRACT I SIGNED AND THE DATE ON THIS CONTRACT IS INCORRECT IT STATES THE 20/10/2020 WHEN I SIGNED THE CONTRACT ON THE 5/09/2020. NOW YOU TELL ME WHAT KIND OF BANK SENDS ITS CLIENT A INCORRECT CONTRACT WITH A DIFFERENT DATE AND HAD A NERVE TO TELL THEM OH WE PAID YOU CORRECTLY FOR THE FUNERAL PLAN YOU TOOK OUT WITH US. WHEN I HAVE THE CONTRACT INFRONT OF ME IN BLACK AND WHITE! WE LOSE OUR FAMILY MEMBERS AND STILL HAVE TO FIGHT FOR MONEY TO BURY THEM WHICH WE PAY FOR EVERY MONTH. **** THIS BANK!!!!!!
