Still working from Home?

As someone who always write reviews and give 5 stars where it is due, I unfortunately cannot say anything good about Standard Bank Insurance. I have an urgent matter to resolve regarding my estate and it is impossible to get hold of someone in their Disease Estate Department to give me guidance as to which documents to submit to get my late partners name off the property. I have called them countless times and are put on hold by an automated answering service. The hold is forever, and the automated voice comes on every now and then saying that some of the consultants are still working from home? Since we were in Covid Lockdown? Or are they just to lazy to change the auto reply? I have used hundreds of Rands on airtime and still do not get someone on the line. I have given up and decided to complain here on Hello Peter.
