Still Waiting on Standard Bank Insurance

Im still waiting On SIL to contact me via telephone email etc to explain to me why my policy were cancelled by HOME LOANS DEPARTMENT.When I contact the HOME LOAN DEPARTMENT there are no note on the system that it were cancelled by them.When i contact the INSURANCE DEPARTMENT there are also no information with them.This will be my third review i will not stop using this platform until this issue are resolved.I will also start approaching radio stations and newspaper media to assist
