STILL waiting for my pay out after car accident on 30 March

<p>I was involved in a car accident on 30 March, not my fault. originally I was told they could fix my car (Mazda 2) and that the damages are R17000. After more than a month, 2 days before it was scheduled to go to the panelbeaters, I was contacted again on 3 May and they said no the damages are R81000 now and because it is more than the car's value, it will be written off. I was fine with that. So I was told as soon as they receive the car and the original registration certificate the payment will be released. The car was fetched on 5 May and the registration certificate was received on 9 May. So I have been without a car since 5 May and Ive had to make other living arangements and vehicle arangements, as I need to get to work. On wednesday, 11 May, I called again because I havent heard anything since. And i was informed that the lady helping me is on leave now for 2 weeks. So I spoke to someone else. She said the payment was authorised on that day, 11 May. And she said I will receive the pay out within 2-3 working days. And today is day 3, and still no sign of the money. I need to buy a car a.s.a.p as I live on my own and I have places to be and I cant wait for someone to drive me around. Please if someone can tell me when I will receive it? I am at my wits end. It cannot be that difficult, or take that long for me to get MY OWN MONEY. But when people pay their insurance one day late, you will have a problem with it.</p>
