Still waiting

Standard bank, you promised my documents in 2015 and to date, i dont have. I am not sure what to do now, because when i first contacted Hello Peter, you were quickly to contact me and offer me explanation and promised to deliver in due course, you even told me to go pick them up at Braamfontein Branch in December 2015, but when i get there no documents were there. The funny part is that you dont forget to deduct the monthly premium..I am disappointed in STANDARD BANK INSURANCE....
