Still not resolved

Two weeks ago I left My complaint an half of the issue was sorted they paid us what we paid the electrican even though it was less but it was ok. What I am annoyed about os i still never received info on the cold storage issue...i had to make away with so much of my meat stuff in the freezer ...as you know once things defrost you cannot refreeze ....I do seek some compensation for this.
