still no service

<p>claim nr: 16/097182 After my last post on hello peter, they responded by phoning me and telling me</p> <p>that the claim would be paid on the 9th of December. Well guess what its the 12th of December and not </p> <p>a word from them again. How pathetic ! how are they even allowed to still operate as a insurance co.</p> <p>my next stop will be the short term insurance ombudsman.</p>
