Still awaiting a feed on my car claim for damage from the same accident not fixed
I have my car booked at Renew-it and it was fixed but some scratches from the accident were ignored and not approved for fixing. When I went to fetch my car, I was told that my query will be forwarded to Standard bank insurance to approve the fixing of the scratches but nothing was done from Standard bank side as I had to send them an email which was ignored and I had to sent another one on 15 February, same is still being ignored as I tried to make a follow-up to no avail...am not happy with this service, my car should be fixed as it was insured at the time of the accident

27 Feb 2023, 12:15Still waiting, are you guys just reply for the sake of the public because you still have not resolved my issue which date back to a month ago, so calling or contacting me is important as a client or do you want me to contact the office of ombudsman for poor service

03 Mar 2023, 14:08No has contacted me regarding my car, what I get is only responses on hellopeter because Standard bank wants to appear to be caring, the truth is Standard Bank does not care about me as a client, my insurance was also increased after I was promised that they wont increased but they did. Now, my car still have scratches from the accident after their assessor ignored them and they are refusing to fix it. I have been sending emails and phone calls without any help..am still waiting and stop lying
