Stellar service Nompumelelo Nkabinde

Good day

After much struggle with my standard bank vehicle insurance claim, I came across Nompumelelo Nkabinde as one of the agents assisting me. I have been sent from pillar to post since March 2022 until June were Mpumi took charge and went above and beyond trying to get me the correct help.She was so patient with me; I must say a few agents have lost their temper with my “tedious” unsolvable claim but not my Mpumi. She assisted professionally and helped resolve a problem which caused many sleepless nights and would have cost me an incredible amount of money because of a misunderstanding. She took me through the entire process, at times holding the line with me to connect me to the next person, I have never felt so special dealing with a person I have never met before. I had lost all hope in Standard Bank and strongly wanted to take my business elsewhere but because of this young lady’s diligence and perseverance I believe I am staying because in my eyes she restored the company’s reputation.

I tried to swindle a work address out of her so that I can send her a gift, but she declined stating that she was only doing her job. She deserves all the good things in life, I can never be thankful enough.

In Mpumi, I believe Standard Bank has an asset they should cherish.
