Steer clear of these ********

My family and I have been homeless for 4days now and standard bank is useless!!!! I have submitted everything to all parties and yet nothing happens regarding alternative accommodation. I get no answers and it seems like no one knows what the **** they are doing!!!!! You people are pathetic and should not be operating in the insurance industry. If I don't get my payment first thing tomorrow I will be going to the ombudsman. Your incompetence has caused us severe trauma!
