STD BANK REFUSES TO PAY CLAIM

Good day

We have logged an insurance claim 5 weeks ago.

They have now declined the claim saying this is due to ware & tear.

The water leak came through the walls we would not have been aware of this as until one of the Cupboard doors have fallen off.

This claim is for a 91 year old lady. I am her Nephew and trying to assist her as much as i can, We will need the insurance money to fix the cupboard as well.

Please be advised the leak is in the kitchen and she has fallen a few times due to this negligence.

We have been in contact with Louise Muzangwa and he was very rude to me he actually advised that he will stop the assessors from coming out and we can get our attorneys involved.

We are still awaiting Helena Strimilin to return our call after numerous calls she has so to say passed the buck as this is not her problem.

Tearly James promised that we would only deal with her - we have spoken to her once and never heard from her again.

This shows how Std bank will litrally save on every cent not to pay a Claim.

This woman is on pension and had her Bond with Std bank - Never missed one payment Never Claimed up ntill now

HONESTLY ..... IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CLIENTS
