STD BANK MOTOR ASSIST COVER 1 - Unauthorized

I received our vehicle statement this month, and it included standard bank motor assist cover 1 for R3107.09. I have never requested for insurance from you. Where do you get off just added insurance without my permission or consent to do so ? I already have insurance and you are double insuring me which will lead to serious consequences for me!!!!!!This is ***** and goes against the Popi Act. No one from Standard consulted me on this matter or asked my permission!!!!! What information did you use to issue an insurance policy??????? Do you even know why the vehicle parks over night or who the reg driver is ?????How do you just go into my vehicle account and make changers without my Knowledge and Consent to do so. I have not received any correspondence or written communication that advises me of this change!!!!!!!!!!!! You are in serious Bridge!!!!!! On top of that my account is now in arrears because of this. This is unacceptable!!!!! I need answers!!!!!!!!!!!
