My Claim from the 12 of April for the floods has still not been resolved. There's no factual information why all the damages are not being repaired. The loss adjustors Mkalavo, Mr Goodwill is absolutely useless. He doesn't take calls and hides like a mouse. Doesn't reply to emails. What kind of ******* does this company employ. He gives a judgment based on his feeling rather than the factual information received from their own appointed engineers. This is my 4th post about this insurance company and loss adjustor. PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE STANDARD BANK INSURANCE
