STD Bank Insureance is very bad

Your so called plumbers left my house without doing the job and their drain rods are still inside the manhole. A STD Bank Insurance team leader by the name of Penelope is lecturing about the T&C's of my policy... I STILL HAVE BLOCKED PIPE AND SEWER SPULLING despite SBIS paying those clowns. My neighbour has come to my rescue.
