Std Bank Insurance worst service provider ever

My question to this day has still not been answered by any staff member or manager of Std bank insurance. Does Std Bank not care about there customers. Is a claim the only thing that exist in there vocabulary and nothing els is there problem . Does the so called trusted service providers they use not have the commen deacency to offer there assistance and give the customer the option to then pay it since it cannot be claimed from the insurance. Whatever happened to customer service . I do know, not one person I spoke after 3 weeks of calling up and down listened to anything I said or asked. Cos every email response I got back was about the claim being rejected. They didn't even care about my concern and paid no attention to it. To date no one from Std called me back . That's how much they care about there customers. It's very dispointing and the most disgusting service I ever had.. I would much rather pay home insurance to an institution that cares and shows that. You pay home insurance for 20 years and thats the **** attitude you get from them .
