Std bank insurance worst

I have a claim from March that is pending with no feed or communication from std insurance can't even get hold of customer care numerous emails where sent with no response, the claim is regarding plumbing issues that resulted in damage to my bathroom and bedroom and the condition is deteriorating and I need std bank to let me know what is happening I've been a client for mam years and don't appreciate been treated like this. Inception of my policy was 2008
