STD Bank Insurance *****ing my car

I am so disappointed by people on the floor working for standard bank insurance. I feel so disrespected and undermined. They literally *****ing my car, they did a quote with only 1 panel beater and overpriced it, and they rushed to settle the bank with less than 40 % of what my car values. I mean I checked with the panel beater and took pictures again and my car is not a write-off, they just wanna ***** it and left me in debt , paying short fall.They dont want to give options for other quotations or tell me what they can afford to fix the car.I mean , if they dont wanna give me the option at least they should pay whats worth the car to the bank!
