STD BANK INSURANCE NON SERVICE DELIVERY!!!!!!

Geaser of my house burst on Monday. Tuesday the owner logged the claim to std bankninsurance. Only on Friday after I made my own follow ups the i surance sent in plumbers to check. They said they will call the insurance with their quote. Bakkie brigade bbbee plumbers is the oy companies std banknuses hence all the delays. I call a friend of mine whom works at a large plumbing company and she stated that they cannot assist with the claim as they refuse to work with std bank insurance, **** most other proper reputable companies. Now its Saturday I called the insurance again and they stated that they can only assist on Monday. Needless to say I am disgusted with std bank insurance. I also requested that the owner move his insurance asap to a proper insurance company. Lets aait and see if I get any hot water on Monday basically a whole week after.lodging the claim. USELESS SERVICE STD BANK USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
