STD Bank insurance hates competition
Im utterly not happy with Standard Bank Insurance. After having left them for a better home/building insurance the just decided to include insurance that i already have with another reputable insurer with out my consent. Is this even allowed?
Std bank gave me a figure i needed to insure for my house so i never fall short. i used that figure with my new insurance and now the battle to give answers, was on the phone with them for over 15 mins and now they decide that they will call me back.
Im on the verge of having to pay for two insurances for the same thing. This after all these interest rate hikes. Im sure they want me to default on my payments as this will put me in the RED unnecessarily.
