STD Bank insurance, disappointing service :(

We have a housing & maintenance insurance with Standard Bank Phoenix, after logging a claim multiple times with the bank we still did not get a call or visit from the designated plumbers had to get a private plumber, very disappointing service from the bank and Runjay plumbers.
