STD BANK INS *******

<p>We experienced a power search in our area whereafter the gate motor started opening and closing the gate by itself. Got a sub-contractor doing ins claims to come and investigate. Gate motor blown. Submitted a claim which was rejected due to fact that STD Bank does not cover power searches. Contacted STD Bank Ins and was promised a copy of terms and condtions where it state this fact. (Never received). Was to be put in contact with a resolution specialist to handle rejected claim (No reaction for months). Phoned again to the office of the so called specialist and was promised that specialist's supervisor (Marsha Molemai) was goint to contact me (No reaction) Phoned again Yesterday with another promise to be contacted by Manager (No reaction) ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I WANT REACTION and if I dont get contacted I shall put HUGE stickers on my vechile written STD BANK INS IS A *******. I was forced to move over to Hollard as they cover power searches. I refuse to accept that Standard Bank Insurance is totally ignoring me.</p>
