Std Bank Home Insurance NON EXISTENT

Claim No: 21/091171 I logged an insurance claim for my perimeter wall that collapsed 3 WEEKS ago. The assessor came and to date NO FEEDBACK from standard bank. I have been calling and calling and absolutely no feedback is provided.

The wall is clearly covered in the policy but nobody at the claims dept can provide any answers. It's a joke really

I have been with std bank for 16 years and this service and the way they treat clients is pathetic. They promise to call you back, a week goes by and nothing.

I will be moving my bond an all my products to another provider if this is not resolved!!!!!!!!
