STD BANK Funeral Insurance payout DELAY

Good day, I'm frustrated with Standard bank funeral claims. I submitted a claim on the 27th of January and still no pay out 'til date and they can't confirm a payment date. I was told by your consultants that payout is processed in 24 hours.
