Std bank decline my ***

I am not happy at all, Standard bank rejected my claim SHS ********** 1963 because was a follow up on SHS ********** 4545

The reason for put a claim on this is because my car got damage the time was at the panel beater that was referred by the insurance. In this case no wants to take responsibility to help me even when I log new claim that is rejected.

I did send all the necessary documents required but no one is will willing to help. This query has been opened for more than a month now.

I feel this is not fair at all and total unacceptable. Please treat this as a matter of urgency I'm tired of chasing people to do their work.
