STD Bank Building Insurance *****s

I was over insured for my building insurance since inception (7 Years ago bond taken out) and raised this with the private banker to assist with. after much begging, some lady called me from the insurance team rattled off she is investigating the matter and will revert. it's been two months later and ***kol. From inception of my bond my evaluation was 6.3 million and when I enquired about the rising insurance premiums, they sent another evaluator out in Feb 2024 and now my home is worth 4.8 million. ***? can someone who has the slightest % of adult competence please take action and resolve this daylight *******. If you with Stupid Bank and have a bond, best you make sure they not charging you double what it's really worth to rebuild should **** happen. I want a full recon and refund since inception!
