STD BANK Bond Insurance Claim - One Month No Word

Since the 28th January 2022 we are waiting on STD Bank to assist us in claiming from the LIFE INSURANCE POLICY on my Late Fathers BOND

What is taking so long.?

not even a short email to say that You are processing the application - nothing
