Stay away from this ******* insurance!!!!

Standard Bank insurance is a ****.

I happened to hit a pothole which affected the left hand side of my car and called the insurance to tow my car, keep in mind that it could still drive but just damaged a bit.

The insurance assessor tells me that the car must be written off because the “whole suspension” of the whole car is affected. Which doesn’t make sense since the car hit the pothole on the left.

The cars value is 66k according to them, but they claim the suspension quote is 33k therefore they must write it off, there’s a document that I have from them which says it is deemed a total loss/ write off if damage exceeds 70% of cars value, meaning im getting **********.

Standard Bank is ****ming me, and they just want a way to get rid of me as their client, they don’t care about people…
