STAY AWAY FROM STANIC INSURANCE

My dad submitted a claim 3 months ago and still we haven't received our car back. They collected 3 psyments too. The accident happened and the car was collected on scene. We were told by standard bank insurance that the mechanical damage done was not accidsnt related. We then got our own mechanic to review the car only to find that the damage was in fact accident related. AN INCOMPETANT ASSESSOR THAT CAN'T EVEN SEE A BENT CHASSIS WHERE THE CAR WAS HIT! they only started working on the car 2 months later. No call backs and very poor customer service.
