Stay away from Standardbank insurance

Standardbank insurance,are lying ,and misguiding customers,I've had problems with them for a few years now ,claims can't be done,the contract company's are always messing up,no repocusion but only bad service with damages,or poor products.i allowed them to cancell my car and home content insurance ,I was supposed to be more strict on them for having such arrogant staff , misguiding I formation,and allowing them to manipulate me a a customer.ive waisted time, money,and confidence,the fact that they don't negotiate any premiums or assist with complaints,but rather just cancell after the fact that it was not finalized,or tried to sort out the matter ,is arrogant ,poor business decisions.the weirdest part is that in never knew on how much my properties where insured for or for how long,neither did I have any policy numbers information .
