Standard Bank Insurance appoints the most *********** company to claim the excess from the third party driver . The lawyers appointed don't have a phone number on the emails , do not respond to emails and don't even bother to answer the phone . It is a nightmare and if you ever thought of insuring with Standard Bank , please don't . Worst Service ever
