Stay away from Standard Bank Insurance.

SB Insurance Claim department is a night mare to deal with.

Getting anything done from them is a pain staking process. I would not recommend them, unless you need added stress.

I will not reply to the generic response that Standard Bank Insurance social media team sends on this platform. I have sent numerous emails informing them of how my car arrived dirty, being pushed on flat tyres and with my aerial missing. They are not responding. Reply to the emails and stop the poor customer service.
