Stay away from Standard bank insurance

We logged a claim in relation to a leak that is coming from the front of my house on the property on Friday 24th - Spoke to Sherri Lee Fisher who is by far your worst consultant as she does not return any of our calls - Long story short they have been unable to secure a plumber??? Its been 5 days and we still have this leak - They will not cover my water bill, they even suggested I find my own plumber, then why the hell Am I paying you. I will reach out to your CEO as well and complain about this matter as this is pathetic
