STAY AWAY FROM STANDARD BANK INSURANCE

Most pathetic insurer, instead getting assistance you are left waiting without any updates having to call everyday, my average call lengths is about 15mins without any resolution to my problem, my pool was damaged during a storm in April, from April to June 7th which is when I met with the assessor after calling about every second day to get him out (Themba Sehlangu) I had to loose my mind on the phone for it to get escalated enough for this to happen, after it gets approved pool Fundi comes out on the 9 and drains my pool as well as an acid wash, cause of the long wait of the assessor my walls are stained, I take pictures and email the assessor as well as his superiors (Stephen Raseobi, Martha Mokoena and Winstonia Louw) from the 9 to current still no response from the team on how we are to proceed, I do not mind the wait but what i cannot take is not knowing the way forward, I strongly feel that the insurance company needs to do something about the support team cause the system and the people suck. defiantly STAY AWAY FROM STANDARD BANK INSURANCE.
