Statement Request

I am struggling for months to get a statement of how my R150 000 dep towards my car was app**** since January 2023. The amount I had to repay was R273 875 and paid that amount so iI pay lesser amount but yet still i was informed in an email to pay 2685.31 but R2788. 91 gets deducted. Numorous attempts to get clarity vdts ignored or the person promise to assist dont come back with proper feedback. I hope somebody from Standard Bank Vehicle Financing can assist and give clarity on the matter. Ive send bankstatenents as proof that ive paid monies but it seems they did not deduct all monies paid as everytime i speak to one of consultants they cant seem to pick up all monies paid.
