stanmdard bank insurance unaproachable

louunge ceiling col;lapsed jan 2017 due to high winds standard bank insurers refuse to fix saying i should have checked under rhino board ceilings which is covered by screeting paint and plaster for *****s instead of nails .....say what .Check their ratings on website my broadband .co.za. Cell ********** 086 policy number 17/003315 .there help number is a joke nobody answers they keep replying and say somebody will get back to me ...nobody ever does .Be warned .
