Standerdbank insurance

On 15 November 2023 I had damage on my watercooler and gate motor. I registered the claim on 21 November and was informed that a company 400km from where I stay will take care of my claims. I called that company, they told me that they imformed stdb insurance they cant assist me due to the distance. No one else was appointed yet to take care of my problem.
