Standbank Insurance, no feedback received, problem still persists

Trying to correct my Risk address and email address on my Standardbank Insurance Home Building Policy. Started communicating on 1 December 2023, they rep**** back asking i provide a proof of residence on the 5th of December and i provided it, now we are on 12 December I have yet receive a response, the schedule is not updated. This is beyond pathetic and does not instill confidence for when claim time comes around.
