Standard**** Strikes Again

Storms hit KZN - thought I was covered by my STD bank and that they’d take care of us...

Nearly 4 weeks after I called to claim - ZERO communication. After over a total of 4hrs if being on hold - I finally got through to get a status update.

They told me to get quotes myself (***) couldn’t we know that upfront? I got quotes for the damage - submitted and again - Zero feedbac****! I’ve already been on hold for 30mins today trying to find out what’s going on.

Standard bank home insurers SUCK and certainly don’t give a hoot about those they supposedly cover!!!
