Standardbank vehicle insurance ( Terrible experience)

I had a car accident 3 months ago, It took standardbank longer than a month to approve my claim and 3 months later nothing has happened and i cant get any responses from them regarding my claim.

I will be moving my car insurance for my second vehicle to another insurance provider.
