Standardbank sucks

Logged a claim for a simple water pipe 4 days ago phoned the insurance company the following day only to find out they have no plumber available in the town although there is about 7 plummers in town. Have to get quote photos and report o yes can't email it because standardbank servers put all emails in spam so can't comunicate with them. No i have to go to the branch and find god knows who to whatapp it to them and maybe tey can sent it to the claims department on monday only.they are fucing useless.rather get another company for tour insurance.
