Standardbank short term insurance fails clients!!!!!

After being a loyal customer for so many years I now look at Standardbank through a different lense. The lack of professionalism and poor customer care blows my mind at one of South Africa's major banks 'Standardbank Insurance' I have fell victim to a house break where ******* got away with everything, literally cleaning us out years with items relating to years work of what we have built over the years and it has taken over 2 months to get NEGATIVE feedback rejecting my claim however been very quick to fix the damage to my property as a result of the breakin but unwilling to payout on the content ****** from my house. Transparency and clear communication from point of call from submission of the claim at Standardbank Insurance have been nothing but a nightmare. Surely we would think one of the biggest financial institutions should comply with TCF principles but have failed to be fair in every aspect of dealing with my claim. Its so easy for them to collect premiums every month with annual increases UNCONTESTED but when it's time for them to honour their commitment or obligations, good faith is certainly not adhered to and every excuse is found not to pay out a claim!!!! While my family are sitting over 2 months in an empty house that has been cleaned out by *******!

I will not stop until my voice is heard!
