Standardbank Insurance WORST ever.

Standardbank Insurance is not even worth this one star for terrible service because they do not give service. I reported a claim last year 9 November 2020 on the app. Received an email that they received the claim. Since then I had to phone to ask what is happening but I get only a answering machine blaming Covid for lack of staff and the high volume of queries.. I send the claim to 2 different e-mail addresses and still nothing is happening. I received however a claim number. So this file must be open on someone's desk. But clearly that person received his or her salary even if no work is done.
