Standardbank insurance ****mers and *****sters

Standardbank insurance is the worst insurance ever and I'm not advising any young person nor old to take it as your insurance company,they are full off tricks an they are ****ers.They rejected my claim basiced on CCTV footage because they could get anything from the CCTV footage.I still in shock about this matter,to think I've banked with them all my life and I regret setting foot in standardbank.Standardbank insurance worse insurance,they even fail to communicate to me regarding my car but they hold internal emails with the regarding my car that they not going to pay for storage.They come to my house take my car then vanish with it like it's they car.Anyone reading this please advise what to do with such an issue I've got all proof and emails.
