The worst service and *****s ever. I have had previous experience along the same lines. I previously cancelled a policy and migrated to a new one. However, both policies' premiums were deducted the following month I called to be reimbursed and it took me 5 calls later and 2 months later to get my monies reimbursed. because of this experience I made sure that I have timeously given the notice to cancel all my policies and reiterated my previous experience with the consultant telephonically who assured me that the monies will not be deducted the following month. This morning when I awoke, Standard Bank deducted the premiums from my account. never ever again . Be aware
