Standardbank insurance feel nothing for there clients

I get message that a consultant will contact me and a week later still nothing is sorted. The contractor have my starter motor and borehole pump and refuse to bring it back as the bank refuse to pay him for work done and I am now getting ****ed off with the bank as my borehole pump they fitted has now siezed and we do not have water due to a electrical storm as lightning blown cameras and struck a tree and electric cable going to pump room
