Standardbank insurance

So after my first complain, i was contacted by standarbank, problem was not resolved of the ceiling plumbers step on. I was sent documents to sign by standardbank insurance, and ask to mail documents back. I did what they ask of just to get this nightmare behind me. 3 weeks past and i recieved a mail from standardbank insurance telling me the have closed my claim. 5 months has past my ceiling is not fix, and now the claim is closed. Please people think twice before using standardbank insurance
