Standardbank insurance

Hello ref ***7 this is regarding insurance.i claimed on the 11th February for gutters and fisherboard they send asser(big 7 construction) then they send another one and now they are sending Ngishilo trading i don't know why they keep sending different ppl to do the something its now more than 5 weeks i want to cancel this stdbank insurance your service is pathetic and im not happy with this im paying it every month
