Standardbank home insurance disapointed

I submitted a claim 3 days ago for my geyser. The contractors promise every day to come and replace it but nothing. In the meanwhile i sit without any hot water. I am disapointed in the insurance i have with Standardbank, they dont follow up i had to contact them.
